There is no substitute for starting with high resolution originals, carefully lit and precisely photographed with precision cameras and premium lenses—
yet you may be pleasantly surprised how affordable the PhotoFixer approach is.

There are times when a photo snapped for documentation purposes has the soul of a successful image for web or print.  All it may need is some digital easel help. Maybe certain parts of it are too dark or too light, or the color is off, or a sign is in the wrong place—or a zillion other things that can add up to make the difference between "ok" and "WOW!"   You will be thrilled with what we can do for you.   Send us an image, and we will let you know what can be done.
In the After image above, you can see how the windows went from over-exposed to soothing; how the detail of the fabrics went from gloomy to gorgeous. Digital darkroom techniques have been applied separately to individual area of the image. There are at least 12 improvements that can be seen in this After image.  If you can name all 12, you have earned a nice discount on our next project together.

The only limit
on the possibilities with digital easel work is the
imagination. Objects can appear and disappear. Light and color can rise and recede.

Your photo can be transformed into an entirely new image.

A famous photographer compared the making of a photograph to the presentation of a symphony.  Writing the music is like snapping the camera's shutter.   Rehearsing and performing the music is comparable to what happens when the photograph is taken though the "digital easel" process.   In both cases, raw potential is converted into something beautiful.

The property was photographed in the dead of winter; the bare branches needed leaves, so we "grew" them. When this photograph was enlarged to poster size, the veins could be seen in the new leaves.
